DAY 1 (located at IJburglaan 343, 1086 ZJ in Amsterdam, e-mail address: info@DAY-1.net) respects the privacy of its customers and the users of its site. DAY 1 ensures that the personal information you provide to us and that we collect from you is treated confidentially. DAY 1 will not sell your personal information to third parties. We use the following information to provide our customers and visitors to our site with the following services and to perform the following activities:
- We collect and process the name, address, e-mail address and password of visitors who create a My DAY 1 Account in order to personalize the website and to give you insight into the products and services that you purchase from us;
- From visitors who send a message via our contact form, we collect and process the name, address, e-mail address, telephone number and the content of the message, in order to deal with the relevant question or complaint;
- For customers who write a review on a DAY 1 product and agree to have it published online, we will post a review that can be traced back to a natural person;
- We process data from visitors who purchase a DAY 1 product in order to be able to carry out the financial transaction (such as IBAN or credit card details);
- We process the data provided by them of persons who compile or order a DAY 1 product for the assessment or execution of an order and for marketing, research and advertising purposes;
- We use the e-mail address of visitors and users of DAY 1 products who have given permission for this or with whom an existing customer relationship exists to inform them about DAY 1 products or similar products and services, their orders, and about special offers and promotions.
